"Came earlier than expected. Very courteous and professional young men. Saw and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Fixed the initial problem then, instead of leaving, they checked the air handler indoors. Found a problem with the fan relay switch and repaired it, again in a matter of minutes. They kept me informed the entire time. Told me exactly how much each item would cost--no approximations--performed their work and moved on! I was impressed! It was apparent these guys came to diagnose the problem I described and not fish around for other things to fix; how refreshing. "
