"I had a small job for my gutters - rain water was leaking from a seam, and I thought that I could use an additional downspout. Paul came knowing that this was a small job and actually was telling me that my gutters were fine! He said that the gutters looked correctly pitched, and that the leaking seam was a minor issue that probably wouldn't be worth the money to fix it. I really appreciate that type of honesty. So many contractors will say just about say anything to get a job, but Paul clearly cared more about his integrity. In the end, Paul and I agreed adding a downspout would be a good measure. I'm a happy customer."
