"Responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The job turned out to be larger than orginally thought because the fascia underlying the gutters had to be replaced. However, they handled the expanded job effectively. They did the work well with only one revision necessary on final inspection. The owner Mr. Reid was concerned about our satisfaction and ensured that all work was done properly. They were the best combination of quality and price of the vendors we considered, and I have already spoken well of them to several of my friends."

"Roof was installed and was a total mess. Nails were visable and could silicone in spots on roof. My chimney was totally messed up too...it was smeared with concrete all over it and had big holes left in it. To Dr Roof's credit they came out took one look, apologized and said they would do what ever it took to make it right. They sent someone out to take the chimney complete out (it was not used), put wood over it, corrected and replaced shingles that were improperly installed at no additional cost to me. Roof is wonderful. I went with Dr Roof because of their warranty. Shingles warranted for 30 years and their work warranted for 30yr."
