"Bill Faber is a business man from another era, an era when pride in workmanship, integrity and fairness were highly valued. He asked for only a "genuine handshake" as a deposit, as specified in his contract, and he and his men were a joy to work with throughout. When he uncovered the fact that the shingles on my roof overhung the rafter tails by an inch, making the standard installation of the flashing and gutters impossible, his men went to the store and bought 80 feet of 1x3's, painted them green to match my house (!) and attached them to the rafter tails so they could continue with the project and get the job done on time. All of this unforeseen work was done at no additional charge. My gutters are three stories off the ground and my house sits on a challenging, steep slope. He and his men had the entire project finished in two days flat, including the removal of the old gutters and downspouts, the installation of new gutters and downspouts as well as new aluminum gutter screens. My new, aluminum, seamless gutters match the trim of my house perfectly and the 1x3's and downspouts match the green color of the house just as well. I got three bids for this project and Bill Faber came with a price in the middle. I'm completely satisfied with my choice and will recommend Bill Faber to friends and family"
