"Work was performed on time and the cost was reasonable. The crew was professional and left the area clean and organized at the end of each day. The one thing it would have earned the last star was communicating when the job was going to start. After the contract was signed, and we talked about an estimated time to beging the project, there was no follow up to confirm that the job was going to start when stipulated; I had to initiate the contact.
