"They were very cooperative and worked with the HVAC folks who needed access to the ceiling space under the flat roof in order to install duct work. They lifted off that section of the roof and came back the next day after the HVAC folks were done to continue with the roof. That allowed me to add heat and a/c to a room with no existing duct work. I know it was inconvenient but they never made it an issue."
