"While the representatives of the company were very nice and polite, it took them a long time to come out and fix our roof- even after we had given them our deposit. There were also a couple of times that they said they would be out to fix the roof, but after staying home and waiting for them all day, they never actually showed up. Unfortunately it also rained several times before they finally came out, which made the roof leak worse. If these people give you the best deal, you might want to go with them, but if you need your repair done quickly, or if you don't want to spend a lot of time waiting around, you may want to call someone else."

"All the communications were conducted long distance. I am a landlord who lives 2 1/2 hours away from the house where the work was completed. I am told by my tenants that the work (replacement of a flat roof and repair/replace gutters) was completed professionally.
