"Mr. Rodriguez did the work agreed to, within my time limit, and for the price agreed to. He agreed to my request that I would pay after he and I inspected the completed job together. His honesty was demonstrated when he reported to me his discovery that the man he had sent to do the job did not complete it exactly as instructed. He then completed the job himself. Mr. Rodriguez was easier to contact than two other roofers I tried to reach. Each time I phoned him I reached him directly at his cell phone number. The other two returned calls, but a day or two after I left messages. Mr. Rodriguez was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took time to answer questions and explain. He gave three references immediately when I asked for them. I was able to reach two of the three (the third was not available due to a death in the family), and they gave Mr. Rodriguez good recommendations."
