"Oscar is great. Very knowledgeable and informative about what is really going on with your roof. Oscar was far more competitive than some of the other contractors I inquired about. With the actual team doing the work, there was some lack of communication regarding progress, had to call the main office. Also, had to ask if certain steps were going to be taken regarding cementing tiles. Felt if I didn't notice or ask, the easy way out would have been taken. That didn't occur, but did make for an uncomfortable exchange. Overall, work was done well and completed on time and on budget."
