"They did an excellent job. Shaun Payne came out and very truthfully told me what needed to me done -- no BS, no high pressure and explained everything in detail. The price was very reasonable; within $50 of other bids I had gotten (one lower, one higher). They used a higher quality (90 pound) underlayment than the others were going to use (30 pound). Shaun came back a few days after the job was finished and climbed up on the roof to make sure everything had been done correctly (nice followup). I would definitely recommend Payne & Sons to anyone. They are local (Higley) they are knowledgeable and they are HONEST."
