| Comment: Planning on buying a foreclosed home that has had the wiring components 'stripped' for the copper. In other words, I am looking at all new wiring, panel, . The house is a 2 bed/1 bath home, 1037 SF, two story shotgun camelback. We will tear off drywall and finish that portion, so I am looking at just the wiring and hookup. Each room currently has at least one outlet. There is a kitchen, the two bedrms, a living room, bathroom and mud/laundry room, and possibly a couple of outdoor outlets. It will need the hookups for a heating/cooling unit, washer/dryer, and possible other appliances (e.g. dishwasher). Additionally, there is a cellar, but have not explored it yet. There are three outside doors which will require motion lights. All of this is tentative so I can make a bid for the house, so I need a ball park figure. Thanks! |
