Comment: <br />House is split level. Asphalt Stairs are leading to the main entrance. Need someone to build a wooden balcony from the entrance door, including the stairs (balcony would be 9x12) and it would be covered balcony. Need to make sure it does not leak when raining/snowing. Please let me know if you do this type of work. I don't want the fence where rain/snow. I have examples of the balcony - which are more contemporary - I am not looking to build any victorian old style balcony - I like fine, clean lines. It's not that hard, I just can't seem to find anyone in Louisville that can build this simple balcony. <br />
