"Ben Sanchez and his crew did an excellent job rebuilding my balcony. They used high quality materials. They completed the entire job in about 6 or 7 hours and they hauled off all the old rotten lumber and left the worksite very clean. I received a bid from another contractor that was a lot lower, but then again I believe you get what you pay for. I think Ben was being very upfront and did a thorough job of inspecting the old balcony in order to give me a more accurate cost estimate. My neighbors were so impressed with Ben's work crew, they may be hiring him soon."
