"Ralph West responded quickly and was very flexible in scheduling an initial appointment. The work was done on schedule and well. I only withhold a fifth star because I had to contact Ralph twice to check on the status of my project (there was a delay caused by the city in issuing a permit). He wasn't responsible for the delay, but I would have liked to get periodic updates from him during that time. "

"They was on time and did a great job . The remote control is great ,my friends wish they had my system. So far all is working well . Ed was great to work with. I was told that eds family has been in the business for over 50 year and you could tell . I have about one acre with over 250 tress & shrubs also one large garden area. They completed the whole jod in less then 8 hours. Great job "
