"The fence looks great and when they went to place the posts, they found bedrock and jackhammered at no extra cost but it is not perpendicular to the house and is a bit too close to the driveway. The latch is difficult to open. I often have to hit it with something heavy to open it. The latch has a lock but it could be opened from the outside and they installed a handle only on the outside. At my request they added a board to block the lock and a second handle but I didn't think they should have been issues. Some of the nails missed their mark but to be fair, the guy was working alone in heat over 100 degrees. "
