"Owner gave ballpark estimate over the phone, then at my request came out to give a more definitive estimate in person. My next door neighbor wanted her windows cleaned also, and we received a discount because of that. We each wanted the windows done inside and out, so we both moved everything away from the inside of each window... only to find out later the crew usually does that themselves. They did offer to help us move things back afterward but we declined. Crew arrived 45 minutes early (which could have been a problem but wasn't in this case). They did an excellent job and were very pleasant. WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN."
