Robert was a joy to work with. He brought good ideas to the job, but was always willing to incorporate my own tastes. He did comparison shopping to keep the cost of materials down. His labor charges were very reasonable. He worked carefully, but quickly. The finished deck looks beautiful, better than I imagined it could look. I could not be more pleased. "

Comment: I have 511 sq ft of existing deck that I would like to replace the decking with a composite material and replace the rails with new composite rails with wrought iron spindles. I also want a price on 175 sq ft of brand new deck built to support a hot tub (7x7) made of the same material mentioned above. What is the price per sq ft of reconstruction and the price per sq ft of new construction. There will be no other work to needed on the existing deck other than replacing the decking and rails.
