"We are in the beginning stages still but we can say he beat out the rest and he's very easy to get a hold of and very personable. I will update later. His prices were incredibly reasonable. The deck is done. It took a while but was mostly a problem with the permits department. Vining's work is spectacular. The project came out much nicer than I had expected and we have received dozens of positive remarks about our awesome deck."
