They arrived right on time (a few minutes early, actually), spent a few minutes discussing my options for which window to install the A/C in, and then quickly and masterfully installed the unit. Because the windows I have are a bit unconventional, the installer had to creatively engineer supports for the unit using pieces of a 2x4. He did it with ease, and he even cautioned me on how to maintain the unit throughout the winter. I would definitely use Boston Equipment Service Company again. "
