"I'd initially hired another sander (not through ServiceMagic), but his men left the floors bubbled (for which he blamed us: we hadn't dusted enough, he claimed, but it was HIS responsibility to make the environment dust-free). There were also scratches from the machine, even a hair stuck on the floor! I'd been impressed by Tao when he came for the estimate earlier, so, after firing the first guy, I turned to him, even though he cost more. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. The remaining floors look stunning: more thoroughly sanded, bubble-free, no scratches, lighter than the other floors. He saved us, and we're so relieved!"
