"I thought he was fair regarding the price and he made it a point to get out there before we had more rain. I am able to see the roof from my third floor window but haven't looked yet. He also waited more than a week to invoice me which was helpful. However, I was disappointed that I never met hiim. All our dealing were done by phone or the internet. "
