"Shanahan and Quinn Construction redid our leaking roof, replaced 3 rotting wood dormers with axek trim and new siding, replaced/repaired 2 copper gutters, did mortar work to fill cavities in 3 of our chimineys, and replaced a large section of flat rubber roof. Jack Shanahan showed up at my condo building in Charlestown to put in one of 5 bids for the job and I chose him because of his thorough description of the process, materials, time to completion, and, of course, price. His personality was a bonus, he's an easy going guy that clearly knows what he's talking about and does what it takes to get the job done to his client's satisfaction!"

"I was looking for an estimate for some repairs for a house on which we'd placed an offer. Eastern handled the request professionally. Shawn was friendly and provided advice to get the job done right but also looked for opportunities to save me money (without cutting corners). Shawn showed an attention to deal that I would expect from anyone I hired to work on my home. We are closing on the home in a couple of weeks and I will use Eastern for the repairs. "
