"Mr Shahanian came to my home, assessed the problem and provided an interim remedy on the same day that I contacted Service Magic, protecting my home from further damage from the imminent storms. The workers replaced the roof, right down to the plywood; replaced the rotted soffit boards and painted them; cleaned and painted the gutters and added helmets to keep out the leaves. They even power washed the deck and patio. They cleaned up fairly well, were very courteous and always attentive to my concerns; their pricing was fair and competitive. I would recommend them."
