"They answered the phone right away every time I called. Were professional. Told me the day before the project was to be done that they could not do the job till next week. Weather was a factor and there were saftey concerns with doing the job. I ended up finding a different roofer that did the job 2 days later. Job was completed one day behind schedule. "
