"I was in the middle of another home improvement project when a leak in the roof was discovered. It turned out that the roof had to be repaired before the other project could be completed. I contacted South Hills Builders and they sent someone within the hour and I had a written estimate that afternoon. The work was completed within three days of the signed contract. I was very happy with the immediacy in which they handled my situation. As the job progressed, the workmen kept me informed of their progress and the repair was completed in the time frame indicated. The workmen were very neat and thorough. All in all a very professional job."

"The work performed was on the roof, so obviously we cannot see the repair. The estimating process was very professional, and we hope the work done on the roof was as well. The response time was excellent and the work was performed very soon after the estimate. Our only complaint is that when we returned home, we found the gate leading to the rear of the house (where they accessed the roof) wide open. We had asked the guys who came to do the estimate to be sure to close the gate when they left. We also found two pieces of trash in our driveway which were not there when we left the house.."
