"So far we have no more leaks and the job went well overall, but there were some things we were unhappy with. The secretary told us they would call when they were coming, but they just showed up. They never knocked on the door to talk with us before starting or to let us know they were starting.They also never told us they were done, just left. Later that day I got an email stating they were done. They did a nice job on everything and did clean up when finished. overall good experience thus far. I would hire again"

"Quick to respond to initial and subsequent calls; courteous, professional, timely, provided options; offered more than I expected and took care of the job 100% so far. Only (minor) negative was that I requested call day prior to job start and instead was sent email morning-of job start, and was surprised to know they were on the roof calling me with a question. However, I'm very satisfied, and will return for work on my other properties. Thank you!"
