"Bill phoned me right after I submitted my request to Service Magic. One other company phoned a day later and the third never attempted to reach me. Bill came out the same day he called (on a weekend) to view the problem and give a quote. He did the work in the time frame he said he would--and, he informed me that it wouldn't require as much work as I thought it would--thus costing considerably less than I anticipated. No more leaks! Bill has guaranteed his work for two years, which is super on a repair like this. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again in the future. "
