"Steve contacted me right away and made an appointment to come and give me an estimate. I forgot he was coming, and I arrived 10 minutes later than he expected. He was sitting in his truck patiently when I arrived. He had me discuss my project needs to be certain that we both knew exactly what I wanted, and he provided a timely estimate.
