Comment: We have what we think is vinyl or PVC fencing. Standard Fencing put our community fences up. On their website it looks like we have the Ranch Rail with 3 horizontal bars across. We back to a green belt and my husband attached some wire to keep our dogs in. It was not done very well and we would like somebody to install the wire fencing to keep our dogs in the backyard.
