"I was contacted by B.J. McCrary and he came to my home and he gave me an estimate that we agreed on. He was to come back the next morning to do the repairs. Since he didn't come or call me in the morning, I called him and was told that he was tied up on another job and would be here the next morning. He came the next morning and he did an excellent job. My only problem was, if you make an appointment and are unable to keep it at least call the people and let them know so they aren't waiting around for you. Robert S"

"Very helpful, gave us two free estimates for two different types of fence. Also replaced two privacy fence panels for free. Estimate included removal of old fence panels, which didn't happen. After he contacted me to ask how the project turned out, I told him the panels weren't removed and he said someone will be out to get them tomorrow. Completed the entire project in one day so we could move into our new home without worrying about our children falling into our pool."
