"Bill was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my plumbing questions. He came out when I requested a quote and didnt charge me anything even after he figured out that my gas problem was actually a problem of National Grid's. I then called him back to have him install a tankless water heater. He answered all of my questions, was excellent on the price and was able to schedule the job quickly. He spent a long time being thorough with the installation (which was no small feat) and was very kind and courteous the whole time!"
