"On time, clean, neat organized team of two....removed old unit and placed outside so that I may recycle ;they offered to dispose of as well. Installed with earthquake tie down straps, optional in nevada but a damned good idea for methane fueled cooktops and th like. They offered to install the flame hood, however, the vendor sent defective unit. Tested for leaks, brought new key installation material, flex gas hose, nat gas pipe dope, and leak tested and functionally tested cooktop. cleaned up and wee a fun cordial team."
