After buying the new home, it was discovered that, within the foundation's reinforcement bars, Tendon #7 has snapped. The slab or foundation is now sinking in a specific area. There is an apparent fault line. We fear the distress will eventually lead to structural or alignment problems with the framing of the home. The seller/home builder is accepting responsibilty.
