"Mike replied promptly to my request (within 10 minutes) and provided a fair quote. He arrived when scheduled and did the work expeditiously. When it turned out that we did not have a part that was required for the job, he went to Home Depot to get it. I would call him again for future electric needs. "

"Fast, friendly and willing to return at no charge when the problem that they fixed returned. Quickly made the second repair. Very professional and very nice. As it was a "service" call, there was a pre-set minimum charge, which while not over-priced for making the call, it did end up being a bit high for the small-ish problem we had to fix. However, minimum service charges are the norm these days, so make sure you get an idea about that before you jump in."
