"James was wonderful and did an excellent job. He was completely professional and explained his work and recommendations prior to beginning work. The job was completed the same day he came, working into the evening. A few days later, we received a thank you note from James on behalf of Mr. Sparky. He also sent a thank you card to my 5-year-old daughter, who had drawn a picture of his truck parked in front of our house. This level of service was above and beyond what I had expected.
