"Luiz was very responsive, able to come over within two hours, professional, and thorough. In addition, he offered his services at a reasonable and fair rate. I would recommend him to a friend or family member. In contrast to Nuza Roofing, previously, we had contacted two other roofers in the Boston area with much worse results. One roofer came over quickly, but told us our roof design was all wrong (stressed us out) and tried to charge us $2,000 for an overhaul. Another roofer we called said he was coming and then never did. The following week an associate of that roofer called, but we turned him away."
