Blackadar called about and left message and before I returned the call or ever talked to him, I heard someone on my roof the next day. Although that seemed quite presumptuous, we soon became quite confident thatTigh Blackadar knew his profession and gave a good inspection, analysis and propoal. He told us of the procedure to choose him or the others who might call. We were impressed with prompt follow thru and the workmanship of the repair.
