"I decided to use Solid State Construction for several reasons. First of all I liked that Jeff was involved in every aspect of the job: original meeting, sales discussion, estimate as well as doing the work. Secondly he has an at-your-house friendly personality that you do not mind being there during the duration of the job. Overall the job experience I'd rate an A+. The craftsmanship is superb. The crew from Solid State was enjoyable. And lastly, Jeff did a lot of little extra work during the job that was not part of the original proposal as well as showed me a lot of things that could possibly be problematic later on."
