"I dealt with Steve Plumley, TSI's owner. He was very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. The job was pretty straightforward, so I expected to get a rough estimate over the phone, which Steve provided. He then came out for a site visit, explained what work he would do, and wrote up a proposal. At first I only intended to have attic insulation installed, but he recommended some high-quality, professional-grade weatherstripping around the exterior doors, so we added that to the scope of work. We scheduled the work for two weeks out, and when the time came, the work was performed exactly according to spec and met my expectations."
