"They were very quick to come and provide an estimate for a small carpet repair job. When they came to perform the work, they repaired two additional areas and did not charge me extra but kept to the original estimate. The carpet repair itself was expertly done (they did have to come back twice, but they were completely willing to come out the second time). Overall I am very happy."
