"Moe Shokri at Floor Coverings International, was the contractor I communicated with concerning the bid for the carpeting job. I selected his company to do the work. He was professional and courteous. According to my property manager, he and my property manager selected the carpet to install and his crew did an excellent job of installing the carpeting. They completed the job when they said they would. The only slightly negative comment I had from the property manager about the work was the handprints the carpet installers left on the newly painted walls. We had the painters return to the property after the carpet installation and touch up a few places. I would highly recommend Moe Shokri and Floor Coverings International to your other clients and I would use their services again in the future. With respect to the other contractor you mentioned, I never received a call or email from Empire Home Services. However, there was a message on my answering machine from someone, but the accent was so thick I could not understand a word that was said. That message may have been from Empire. So, I compared Mr. Shokri's estimate with an estimate received from the property manager, and I selected Mr. Shokri for the job."

"They did a great job. I would recommend them in the future, but we did have one issue come up. The installers arrived and did not realize this was not a vacated home, so they did not come prepared with equipment to move furniture; they had to do it all manually, and it was difficult for only two people. Other than that, it was a job well done. "
