"I was initially impressed by James' high ratings on positive reviews, but that was greatly confirmed when he showed up to give me the estimate. Out of 3 contractors that came, he was the most organized and professional. His quote was not the lowest, but he carefully explained all of the cost, and relieved the concerns I had about "hidden fees/costs" with the other contractors. We agreed on a fair price, and the work was done on time and without problems. Even after I signed the check, James was very helpful, professional, and polite. If I ever need floor work again, I'll call acme floors first."
