"I am happy with final product (carpet for flight of stairs). Installation was done fast and it looks great. The installer had trouble removing a children's gate (my husband had to come home to do it) and he did not tell me he needed that removed before hand when he came to give estimate. Other than that, pretty smooth transaction at very reasonable price. I also used QUality Steemer for steem cleaning an area rug. I did not like the 2 men that did it. They did not communicate well or answered my questions, they seemed in a hurry to get it done and leave and were not happy to move furniture around as promised."
