"We were fixing up a repossessed and abused condo in Takoma Park with floors that looked awful. I received an estimate from one contractor to refinish them at a cost of $4000. As a safeguard we decided to get a second estimate and it turned out to be a fortuitous move. Bryant managed to revive the floor without using up the entire budget for the fix-up. He is a delightful young man who cheerfully adjusted his schedule to meet our deadlines and give us a floor which while not perfect due to its age, is more than acceptable. I cannot recommend him highly enough. "

"I had a scratch on the wood floor and Bryant checked it out and gave me very good advice. He told me that just repairing the scratch alone would stand out and be an eye-sore, but that he could do a touch-up job on it for free. But he pointed out all the wear and tear damage to the floor, as well as lots of paint stains, and suggested doing an entire sanding and rebuffing in between tenants. We only had one day, so Bryant came in the evening and worked into the night so that my new tenants could move in the next day with beautiful, polished, paint-free floors. He did a wonderful job, and they look like new!"

"The serviceman recommended we hire a floor refinisher to repair the wood floor, but we were impressed with him so we asked him about repairing our ceramic tile floor in the kitchen where we had several broken tiles. He gave us a bid and returned the next day to do the repairs. We feel he did an outstanding job, clean, neat and on time. Our only quibble is that we felt the price was high."
