"They were late. Then out of their control, their machine broke down. Communication could have been better between both the contractor and I and the workers and I. From what I can see with a flashlight standing at the top of the ladder leading to the attic, there is plenty of insulation coverage now, the radiant barrier is a different color than what I see on most sites, but I was told that was just a darker colored paint it was mixed with, and this company is not registerred with CPS, so not CPS rebate for me, only the IRS rebate. I wish I would have checked CPS website first."
