"Very timely response with the estimate, and the estimate was by far the best of 3 that we got. Jason was very thorough in explaining the process, the types of insulation, and what he saw we specifically needed in our attic - some of the other companies spent maybe 5 minutes peeking in our attic before giving us an estimate. Jason spent considerably longer, walking around up there, looking at everything. When it came time to book the job, however, the response from Jason was a little slow - but I was in a hurry to get it done. Also, he doesn't take credit, and this was never discussed so we weren't prepared with payment."

He took his time and really explained things to us, and he listened to what our concerns were and helped solve those for us. The day of the service they were on time, left the house cleaner than when they found it and even opened the doors so our cats would not be locked up all day.
