"I called and they were able to come the next day. They called about 30 minutes before arriving. The 2-man crew was friendly and courteous. They finished in about 20 minutes. I had called another company which said they would not clean the ash cleanout at the back of the fireplace where the ash goes once it's put int the "trap door" on the bottom of the fireplace. I wasn't expecting Excellerated to do this but they did without me even mentioning it."
