"Randy was the least expensive of the estimates I received, and also the one who seemed to understand what I wanted. He gave me some design ideas that I had not thought of, that really improved the appearance and function of my deck. I agreed at the time I contracted with him that he would do my project as time allowed, since he was already very busy, and the project did take several weeks to complete, but it is wonderful and I would certainly hire him again."

"The banisters of our second story deck were starting to rot, so we tore them off and asked Heartland to replace them. The suggestions Randy offered were ones we would not have known about! The work was done very professionally, quickly and BEAUTIFULLY. Our finished deck makes the whole back of our home look newly up-dated and very attractive! The price was fair, and the builders put in extra work to install flashings that were not put in by the original first homebuilders. We are thrilled with the work, and very grateful. Thank you!!
