"I contracted this company to build a deck around my spa. Bryant, the owner, was very professional, skilled and detailed. He showed up when he said he would, and stayed on the job (2-3) days until he finished. The main con was the price. After comparing what I paid, with the amount of days it took to complete, I think the deck was a little on the expensive side. Furthermore, even though I paid what I feel was top dollar, when there was the need for two minor changes, they each carried with them a change order and more money. At the end of the job, I wasn't happy that the two steps leading up to the spa were left open on the sides. Bryant told me that since that was not discussed originally, it would require another change order and more money. At that point I refused to pay more money, and the steps were left open. The only other con is pencil marks were left all over the deck. According to Bryant they should have washed off, but they haven't as of yet. I wish he would use some other method of marking the boards, or at least have advised me of this from the beginning. "

"Bryant was patient and professional as I debated over this project. It was more money that I had initially wanted to spend, but his skills and overall quality were well worth it."
