"as this was my very first experience with hiring a contractor, I didn't have much to go on, but I will say that I felt as though the time between when we paid 1/2 of the contract estimate and the time the job was actually done was a little too long. But we were dealing with laying cement, so I'm sure the weather had a lot to do with that. The day the pad was laid, I met Carmin and felt that he was an honest up-front gentlemen. So much so, that I think I will contact him when I'm ready to do my kitchen."

"Rick was wonderful from our first contact. He listened to what I had envisioned in my mind and said he was sure he could do it. On our next meeting he had several great ideas to make my deck a reality. There were some unique obstacles to get over, such as an angled concrete patio between two houses (needed due to water flow during wet season) and creating a handicap ramp and step to connect the area between home and guest house. It was immediately apparent that he was a quality craftsman with lots of experience. The finished product is even better than I had pictured. He is professional and I will be calling him again."

"Workmanship was fantastic. Completed the project in a very timely manner. Solid construction!!! Very nice and even followed up with us a few weeks later to ensure a job well done. Would definitely recommend and would hire again for any future work. Flexible when last minute changes were requested. Our new deck is absolutely beautiful!!!"
